SYRCON is an annual show/contest that is held at the Americal Legion in Cicero, NY during October. The show features a well attended contest room where plastic scale modelers of all experience levels compete against each other for First, Second and Third place awards in sixty-four different categories as well as for fifteen special awards. In addition to the contest there is a robust vendor room the includes over thirty tables of vendors who offer new and gently used kits, supplies and aftermarket goodies at reasonable if not bargain prices. Everyone is welcome to enter the competition or simple walk in and enjoy the show for only modest entry fees.
